You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. SetBitCode is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.
You may not share your account with others or use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose. Prohibited activities include: generating malicious content, harassing others, violating intellectual property rights, reverse-engineering our models, or attempting to bypass usage limits.
SetBitCode and its licensors retain all ownership of the Service, including software, algorithms, trademarks, logos, and underlying technology. You retain ownership of any content you input into the Service ("User Input"). SetBitCode assigns to you all rights, title, and interest in the AI-generated outputs based solely on your User Input, subject to these Terms. However, you may not claim that the output was human-generated if it violates applicable laws.
By using the Service, you grant SetBitCode a limited license to process User Input solely to provide, improve, and secure the Service. We do not use your data to train models without explicit consent.
The Service operates on a usage-based model. Fair use thresholds apply to prevent abuse. Excessive automated requests, resale of Service outputs, or attempts to extract large volumes of data may result in temporary or permanent suspension. SetBitCode reserves the right to throttle or block requests that negatively impact platform stability.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SETBITCODE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN INACCURACIES OR BIASES. YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR VERIFYING ANY OUTPUT BEFORE RELYING ON IT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SETBITCODE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SetBitCode, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or infringement of third-party rights.
SetBitCode may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Charlotte, NC, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
